Content Responsibility Agreement
MemoMosaic processes your images locally in your browser. We do not review your photos. You must agree to the terms below before downloading your finished mosaic file.
Your photos, your responsibility
You are solely responsible for every image, photograph, and other material you upload or use with MemoMosaic. Before you download or use any output from this app, you must confirm that you have the legal right to use all source material and that your use complies with applicable laws.
No copyrighted or restricted material without permission
You agree not to use material that is protected by copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights unless you own those rights or have obtained all permissions required to use them. This includes photos taken by others, professional portraits, stock images, artwork, logos, brand assets, and content from social media or the internet when you do not have a clear right to reproduce them.
Lawful use only
You agree not to use MemoMosaic to create, distribute, or print content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, obscene where prohibited, or otherwise unlawful. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is permitted in your jurisdiction.
Release of MemoMosaic
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that MemoMosaic and its operators are not responsible for any content you provide or for any mosaic, print, or other output you produce using the service. You will not hold MemoMosaic liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from your materials, your use of the app, or your distribution or printing of any finished file—including claims by third parties relating to copyright, privacy, or other rights.
Acceptance required before download
By checking the acknowledgment box and downloading your finished file, you confirm that you have read this agreement, that all material you used is legitimately yours to use (or properly licensed), and that you accept these terms.
When you download your print file, you will be asked to confirm this agreement.
